Punchbag.sg supplies punching bags and boxing equipment in Singapore from a showroom at 1092 Lower Delta Road. We stock four products, all of which we have used, and we keep every one of them set up so you can hit it before you buy it.
Why the showroom exists
Buying a punching bag online is mostly guesswork, and the specifications do not help as much as they should. A 25kg bag sounds heavy on a listing page. It feels entirely different once it is on a chain in front of you and you have thrown twenty punches at it. A 180cm standing bag looks manageable in a photograph and surprisingly substantial in a room.
So we keep a showroom. Come down, bring your wraps, hit all of it, and buy the one that felt right. Or buy nothing — plenty of people do, and we will still tell you honestly whether your ceiling can take a bag.
Why only four products
Because four is what we can genuinely stand behind.

A longer list would mean listing things we have not tested, and at that point the advice stops being advice. There is no shortage of places to buy a punching bag from a catalogue. There are fewer places where someone will tell you the 40kg is wrong for you.
How we think about advice
The most useful thing we do is talk people out of purchases. The HDB ceiling limit alone redirects a large share of enquiries — people arrive intending to hang a bag from a hook and leave understanding why that will not work, usually with either a bracket or a standing bag instead.
A bag that ends up unused in a corner is a worse outcome for us than a smaller sale. Word of mouth in a market this size is the whole business.
That is also why the blog exists. Every article on it started as a question someone asked at the showroom often enough that writing it down properly seemed sensible — bag weight, HDB installation, noise, hand wrapping, maintenance.

Why do you only stock four products?
Because we can vouch for four. A longer catalogue would mean listing things we have not used, and then the advice becomes guesswork. Two bags, a bracket and a pair of wraps covers what almost every home trainee actually needs.
Are you a shop or an online store?
Both, and the showroom came first. You can order online for delivery or collection, but everything is also set up at 1092 Lower Delta Road, #06-10 where you can hit it before deciding. We think that matters more for punching bags than for most products.
Do you sell to gyms and studios?
Yes. If you are fitting out a gym, studio or corporate wellness room, get in touch with quantities and we will quote. Multi-unit pricing is different from single-bag pricing.
Will you tell me not to buy something?
Regularly. If your walls cannot take a bracket, we will say so rather than sell you one. If a 40kg bag is wrong for you, we will point you at the 25kg. A bag that ends up in a cupboard is worse for us than a smaller sale.
Do you offer installation?
No, and we would rather be straight about that than take money for something we do not do well. What we will do is tell you exactly what your setup needs so you can brief a handyman properly — the installation guide covers most of it.
