Terms & conditions

These terms govern your use of punchbag.sg and any order you place with Punching Bag Singapore. Placing an order means you accept them.

1. About us

Punching Bag Singapore, 1092 Lower Delta Road, #06-10, Singapore 169203. Contact: hello@punchbag.sg or +65 6372 1581.

2. Orders

  • Submitting the checkout form is an offer to buy, not a completed contract.
  • The contract forms when we send your order confirmation email.
  • We may decline an order — for stock, delivery area, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we decline after payment, you are refunded in full.
  • Every order receives a unique reference in the format PB-YYMMDD-XXXXX. Quote it in any correspondence.

3. Pricing and payment

  • All prices are in Singapore dollars.
  • We are not currently GST registered; no GST is charged.
  • Delivery is a flat $40.00 anywhere in Singapore. Self-collection is free.
  • Accepted payment: PayNow, PayLah, bank transfer and card. Cash is accepted for showroom collections.
  • Orders are dispatched once payment has cleared.
  • If a price is displayed in error, we will tell you before dispatch and you may confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Delivery and collection

  • Delivery is within Singapore only, typically 1–2 working days, Monday to Friday, 10am–5pm.
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays outside our control.
  • You must provide accurate address and access details. A repeat delivery caused by inaccurate details or an unavailable recipient may carry a further $40.00.
  • Risk passes to you on delivery or collection.
  • Collection orders must be collected within 14 days unless otherwise agreed.

5. Cancellation, returns and warranty

  • Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch.
  • Unused items can be returned within 7 days of receipt.
  • All products carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

6. Safe use of equipment

Installation is your responsibility

We supply products and guidance. We do not install. Ensuring the mounting point is structurally adequate and the fixings are correct is your responsibility, or that of the contractor you engage.

By purchasing, you accept that:

  • Combat sports equipment carries an inherent risk of injury.
  • You will not exceed the stated load ratings — the WM-40 bracket is rated to 100kg.
  • You will not mount equipment to walls unsuited to the load, including drywall, plasterboard and hollow partitions.
  • You will inspect straps, chains and fixings regularly, as set out in our maintenance guide.
  • You will use appropriate protective equipment, including hand wraps.
  • You are responsible for complying with HDB, MCST or landlord rules that apply to your property.

7. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for injury or damage arising from incorrect installation or misuse, or for damage to property caused by equipment that was not installed to the standard described in our guidance.

Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Intellectual property

The content of this website — text, photography, the Punchbag.sg name, logo and page design — belongs to Punching Bag Singapore. You may not reproduce it commercially without written permission. You are, of course, welcome to link to any page here.

9. Website availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change products, prices and content at any time. Changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the Singapore courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act or the Sale of Goods Act.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when your order is confirmed.

When does my order become binding?

When we send your order confirmation email. Adding items to a cart or submitting the checkout form is an offer to buy; our confirmation is the acceptance that forms the contract.

What if a product is out of stock after I order?

We contact you within one working day with the options: wait for restock, substitute a different size, or take a full refund. You are never left waiting without being told.

Are prices inclusive of GST?

All prices are shown in Singapore dollars and are the final price you pay. We are not currently GST registered, so no GST is charged or shown.

Who is responsible for installing the equipment safely?

You are. We supply the products and the guidance; we do not install. It is your responsibility to ensure the mounting point is structurally suitable and the fixings are correct. Our installation guide sets out what that involves.

Can I cancel an order after placing it?

Yes, at no charge, as long as it has not shipped. Email order@punchbag.sg or call as soon as possible with your order reference. Once dispatched, the returns policy applies instead.
