Before your delivery
Tell us about access
Use the order notes at checkout. The two things that matter most are lift access and loading restrictions. A 40kg bag is a two-person carry; if it has to go up stairs, we need to plan for that rather than discover it on the doorstep.
Clear a path
The larger hanging bags and the BOB torso are bulky rather than heavy to manoeuvre. A clear route from your door to where the bag is going saves everyone time and paintwork.
Know where it is going
If you have a bracket already mounted, have it ready. If not, the bag will simply be left where you want it — we do not install, but we will happily put it in the right room. Read the installation guide before the bag arrives rather than after.
Payment
PayNow, PayLah, bank transfer or card. Orders are dispatched once payment clears — usually within a couple of hours during business hours. Self-collection customers can also pay cash at the showroom.
Because zone-based pricing is a tax on living further away, and it makes checkout confusing. $40.00 covers a two-person delivery anywhere on the island, and that is the whole policy.
We call before we set off, so this is rare. If nobody is available and we have already travelled, a second attempt may carry a further $40.00. Please pick a window you can genuinely make.
Check the bag before we leave. Anything damaged in transit is replaced at our cost — see the returns and warranty page.

How much does delivery cost?
A flat $40.00 anywhere in Singapore, whatever you order and wherever you are. No CBD surcharge, no evening supplement, no per-item fees. What you see at checkout is what you pay.
How long does delivery take?
Typically 1–2 working days from payment. Deliveries run Monday to Friday between 10am and 5pm, and we call ahead so you are not waiting in all day.
Is self-collection really free?
Yes. Choose self-collection at checkout and the $40.00 comes off your total. Pick up from 1092 Lower Delta Road, #06-10 during opening hours, quoting your order reference. Most orders are ready the same day.
What if nobody is home when you deliver?
We call before setting off, so this rarely happens. If it does, we will contact you to arrange a second attempt. A repeat delivery for a missed appointment may incur a further $40.00, so please pick a slot you can make.
Can you deliver to a condo or an office?
Yes, both. Tell us in the order notes if there are loading-bay rules, a service lift requirement or a security registration process, and we will work with it. Offices are usually easier than homes.
