How quickly do you reply to enquiries?
Within one working day, usually the same day if you write during showroom hours. If it is urgent, call +65 6372 1581 — a phone call gets a faster answer than any form.
Which email address should I use?
For general questions, sizing advice and showroom appointments, use the contact form or hello@punchbag.sg. For anything about an existing order, write to order@punchbag.sg and quote your order reference.
Do I need an appointment to visit the showroom?
Not on weekdays — walk in any time between 11am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Saturday visits are 10am to 2pm and by appointment only, so drop us a note first.
Can you advise on which bag suits my flat?
That is most of what we do. Tell us your flat type, which walls you share with neighbours, your ceiling height and what you want to train, and we will give you a straight recommendation — including telling you not to buy a hanging bag if your walls cannot take one.
Do you offer bulk or gym pricing?
Yes. If you are fitting out a gym, a studio or a corporate wellness room, get in touch with the quantities and we will quote. Multi-unit orders are priced differently from single-bag purchases.
