What do I need to start training at home?
Three things: a bag, hand wraps and a way to mount the bag. The most common complete setup is a 25kg hanging bag ($180), a WM-40 wall bracket ($90) and a pair of hand wraps ($15) — $285 in total. If you cannot drill, swap the first two for the standing BOB bag at $350.
How do I pay?
PayNow, PayLah, bank transfer or card at checkout. Self-collection customers can also pay cash at the showroom. Every order gets an emailed confirmation with the payment reference.
How long does delivery take?
Typically 1–2 working days, Monday to Friday between 10am and 5pm. Delivery is a flat $40.00 anywhere in Singapore. Self-collection from the showroom is free and usually available same-day.
Do the products come with a warranty?
Yes — 12 months against manufacturing defects, covering stitching, seams and hardware. Normal wear from training is not covered, and neither is damage from incorrect installation. Full terms are on the returns and warranty page.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Yes, provided it has not shipped. Email us or call as soon as possible and we will amend or cancel it. Once a delivery is out, you can still return an unused item — see the returns policy for the 7-day window and conditions.
